  • What type of commitment am I making!
    This program is for a hunger a business owner who what's to get to the money, and is ready to put in the work! Each retainer is on a monthly-basis. We will re-evaluate after each month to ensure that the program is fitting for your business.
  • What graphics are included in retainer package!

  • What if I don't use all the graphics?
    Remaining graphics cannot be rolled over. To get the most out of the retainer program, plan all of your graphics ahead of time or I can assist with planning during our monthly meeting. This Program is more than discounted graphics its about tracking and growing your brand.
  • Bri Bliss Designs: I paid for a website when will it be done? Can you explain Turnaround time?
    Website production is 7 - 10 business days and I cannot begin on your website until I recieve all the items from the website check list! it is your responsibilty to get the information to me I will only remind once. If you are missing an item from your checklist I can not begin on your site. I do not show previews of the website until the website is complete.If you are unhappy with the speed of your website production you can purchase a rush pass to lock in a specific date of completion. Time explaination the turnaround time is a quoted time stating when the preview of the the design will be sent to you. TURNAROUND TIME STARTS ONCE I RECIEVE ALL THE ITEMS NEEDED TO COMPLETE YOUR PROJECT, NOT FROM THE DAY YOU PAY. If you are satified with the preview sent I will email you a copy of the files with out my watermark. Once that file is sent if you request addional changes you will be charged the price of a full design. The same goes with websites once the website is transfered to you if you are not a monthly retained client you will be charge for each update I do after no excepetions. If yourecieve your preview and request addional changes the turnaround time will be longer and it varies based on the difficulty of the project. If you want to insure a fast turnaround please purchase a rush pass. If not you will be place on a time line with customers who have already paid. Also, be mindful if you purchase a sale turnaround time may be a little longer to to high demand booking. You still have the option of purchasing a rush pass to ensure fast turn around time.   • Bri Bliss Designs: If I pay unfront will I be refunded if I am unhappy?
    We have a strict no refund policy however you have unlimited amount of times to make changes and request different designs durning the DESIGN process. If you are not 100% satified with the designs I create please let me know before the final draft is sent without my watermark. Turn around quotaions are when the preview will be sent to you if you requestion addional changes the turnaround time will be longer and it varies based on the difficulty of the project. The only way to guarantee time around time is the purchase of a rush pass if not please ask that your work time be scheduled when you able to quckkly responed to emails about your design. It takes me 24 hours to respond to emails. So if your work time has passed you will have a delay in response.
  • Bri Bliss Designs: Can I get a website made without professional photography?
    Yes! However professional photography is always recommended but you can use good quality photos taken yourself. Tips for taking good photos is a great lighting and a nice background. Below are acceptable photos taken by clients. Blurry, screenshots, and unappealing imaged can not be used on the site. Below are examples of images that can not be used on the site.
